Xtra Happy ...K.G. picks up quite literally on the tailwinds that FMB left off with, albiet with a bit more variety now they've found their microtonal footing. Automation starts things off well, Hungry Wolf Of Fate ends things well, and Intrasport is a fun change of pace to break the middle up, which mostly consists of garage-y songs similar to FMB. All in all, a fun return to the micro stuff. Of course, the only thing when talking about this band that can follow a K.G. would be a sequel album called... Favorite track: Automation.

Toaster Strooder The K.G.L.W. duology-super-album... thing... is one of King Gizzard & Friends' most ear grabbing records. Both albums are SPICY AF, being stuffed with snazzy melodies, catchy instrumentals, and actually really cynical lyrics. The tracks snag your attention, and they keep a darn tight grip. It’s nothing but ear worms from start to finish; sick stuff. Favorite track: Intrasport.
